- Be specific about what feedback you want (UX, onboarding, performance, etc.)
- Include which platforms your product supports (web, iOS, Android)
- Offer something in return — extended free trial, lifetime discount, etc.
- Follow up with testers who comment — they're giving you free labor
- Use the correct Alpha/Beta flair for your stage
Avoid This
- Posting a vague "check out my app" with no context
- Not specifying what kind of testers you need
- Forgetting to include a link to actually try the product
- Never responding to people who offer to test
