Before you post: Your Reddit account must be at least 7 days old with 10+ karma.
Tips for Founders
Do This
- Engage in the community for at least a week before posting your product
- Share genuine learnings from your SaaS journey, not just product links
- Respond to every comment on your posts — the community rewards engagement
- Use the Saturday 'Share Your Startup' thread for your first post
- Include metrics and real numbers in your posts (MRR, churn, growth)
Avoid This
- Posting a product link with no context or story
- Creating a new account just to promote
- Ignoring the flair requirement (posts get auto-removed)
- Posting the same product multiple times in a short period
