How the score works
Directory Score = DR × traffic multiplier. A directory keeps its full DR only if people find it on Google. Badges and link swaps can raise DR; they can't fake search traffic.
| Search visits a month | Multiplier |
|---|---|
| 100,000+ | × 1.0 |
| 10,000–99,999 | × 0.8 |
| 1,000–9,999 | × 0.6 |
| 100–999 ← SaaSCity | × 0.4 |
| 1–99 | × 0.2 |
| None | × 0.0 |
Grades: A 40+, B 20–39, C under 20. DR is Ahrefs Domain Rating where we have it, otherwise a DataForSEO estimate; search visits are DataForSEO's monthly estimate, refreshed monthly.
Worth It / Watch Out
Worth It
- Every plan includes a dofollow link; on the free plan it follows once the badge is verified
- Paid plans are one-time, from $19.99
- The two live listings we checked link to the product without nofollow
- Accepts directories in its Directories / Launchpads category
Watch Out
- Free slots are capped at 15 a week, and the pricing page showed a 381-day queue
- The free dofollow link needs the SaaSCity badge on your homepage
- Submitting needs an account
Before You Submit
Login required: yes. https://saascity.io/submit opens a submit panel on the city map, and the launch form needs an account (email or Google). A product can also be drafted through SaaSCity's MCP server, but a person has to sign in to claim it. Directories are accepted as products: there is a 'Directories / Launchpads' category. Free listings share 15 slots a week. On 2026-10-30 the pricing page showed a '381-day review queue' for free listings and the homepage said the next free slot was the week of November 15, 2027; the homepage FAQ says approval 'usually' takes a few hours and the link goes live on approval. We did not submit, so we can't say which applies. Paid plans are reviewed within 24 hours. The site's pricing.md says a free listing's link 'is nofollow until the SaaSCity badge is verified on your homepage, then dofollow.' The 1,666-directory list has no form for suggesting a directory.
- Add the badge to your homepage before you submit if you want the free dofollow link
- Submit a directory under the Directories / Launchpads category
- If the launch date matters, Quick Pass ($19.99) skips the free queue
- The pricing page and the homepage FAQ disagree on free review time: a '381-day review queue' versus approval 'usually' within a few hours
- Homepage rail ads are rel="sponsored nofollow", so they buy traffic, not a link
- The free plan doesn't put a building on the map; only paid plans do

Real Questions
Is SaaSCity free?
Yes. A free listing gets a permanent page and a weekly launch slot, and its link becomes dofollow once SaaSCity verifies its badge on your homepage. Quick Pass ($19.99), Premium ($39.99) and Max ($79.99) are one-time payments that skip the badge and the queue.
Does SaaSCity give a dofollow link?
Yes, on every plan. The site's pricing notes say a free listing's link is nofollow until the badge is verified. The two live listings we checked (Aptabase and FindyourAI) linked to the product with rel="noopener" only.
Can I list a directory on SaaSCity?
Yes, as a product: it has a Directories / Launchpads category. Its list of 1,666 directories has no form for suggesting one.
